About Me

When Cliona started designing jewelry in Toronto during Winter 2022, she was inspired by her childhood home in Bermuda. Clio longed for the ocean and was nostalgic for her adventures in the Caribbean. Designing jewelry became a way for her to reconnect with memories of exploring islands, collecting seashells and finding peace in nature. What started as a personal form of healing grew into a brand rooted in nostalgia and self-expression.

Sea of Stars debuted at Good Friends Market that summer and since became known for its signature, otherworldly designs made with natural materials such as gemstones, seashells, glass and pearls. Each piece was inspired by a unique landscape which influenced customers to design their own visions at her workshops in 2023. Cliona hopes to help others romanticize everyday life while reconnecting to dream worlds through jewelry that feels meaningful, whimsy, and free-spirited.

This Workshop will be the last workshop hosted by Cliona. As, this February, Clio is set to expand her brand to Australia.
