Return Policy

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes, which will be issued as store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

All items in our SALE section are final sale — they will not be restocked and cannot be returned.

You have 30 days from your order date to submit a return request. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in original condition.
  • Unwashed and free from any marks or stains.
  • No signs of wear (including perfume or other scents).
  • All original tags and packaging intact.

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been lodged through our portal, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions for your return label. Simply print the label and attach it to your parcel, then drop it off at:

  • Your local post office
  • A post box
  • With a mail carrier

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received for your store credit to be issued.
Sea of Stars is not responsible for any lost or damaged return parcels.

 

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during storewide discounts or promotions are eligible for return and store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  • If you return an item purchased during a promotion and wish to repurchase, the replacement item will be charged at the current listed price on our site.

 

First-Time Order Discount

If you placed your first order using our welcome discount code and wish to return your item for store credit, we’re happy to honor the $15 discount on your next order. Please contact our customer service team for a new welcome code.

 

Shipping Protection

We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.80, which covers parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Sea of Stars is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
